Introduction
Dasa, the largest diagnostic medicine group in Brazil and one of the largest in Latin America, operates dozens of regional brands and units distributed across multiple states. Its teleradiology unit, Lumiax, brings together a network of more than one hundred independent clients with their own systems, modalities, and protocols. The collaboration with Eden had two strategic components: the implementation of Eden Diagnostic OS in the São Marcos operations and the group's outsourced processes, with eleven units distributed across three Brazilian states, and the technological transformation of Lumiax, where Eden became the exclusive provider of the platform supporting its diagnostic operation. Today, the combined operation processes approximately 55,000 studies per month: nearly 15,000 from Dasa's direct operations and more than 40,000 from the Lumiax teleradiology network.

The challenge
Simultaneously supporting a hospital operation and a distributed teleradiology network
Most hospital implementation projects involve deploying a platform within one organization. Dasa and Lumiax presented an entirely different challenge:
- Operational diversity at Lumiax: the network comprised dozens of independent clients, each with different systems, processes, modalities, and protocols, as well as independent work teams with their own operational needs. There was no single workflow, but dozens of workflows coexisting at the same time.
- Diagnostic continuity during migration: Lumiax needed to maintain continuity for all its clients while migrating the operation, without the particularities of each new unit (specific configurations, technical validations, differentiated training, operational support) interrupting service.
- A common architecture for two distinct realities: the operation included both Dasa's direct hospitals and the Lumiax distributed teleradiology network, requiring a single platform capable of supporting two care models.
The solution
A scalable rollout with continuous product evolution
Eden designed a deployment strategy capable of absorbing Lumiax's operational diversity without losing standardization, while supporting the rollout across Dasa's direct operations. The project was structured around three components:

The impact

Dasa and Lumiax today represent one of the largest ecosystems operating on Eden Diagnostic OS in Brazil.
- Consolidated volume: more than 55,000 monthly studies, combining 15,000 from Dasa's direct operations and more than 40,000 from the Lumiax teleradiology network.
- Dual model: a single platform sustains a large-scale enterprise hospital network and a distributed teleradiology operation with more than one hundred independent centers.
- Full standardization: centralization of studies, homogeneous diagnostic processes, operational traceability, and a consistent experience for radiologists and clinical teams, regardless of the study's origin.
- Internal turning point: the scale of the rollout required Eden to redesign processes, professionalize implementation mechanisms, and strengthen operational capabilities that later became standards for other projects at the company.
What began as a complex implementation became proof that Eden operates successfully in some of the most demanding and scalable environments of the Latin American imaging market.
